Conference room hotel mead

Exchange vows on a tranquil outdoor terrace or dazzle your attendees with a ceremony in a palace-like ballroom. With the help of our experienced wedding planner, your special day will be absolutely perfect.

We offer two stunning ballrooms as well as smaller venues for more intimate ceremonies. Discover our unique atrium, which features a 60-foot ceiling and a cozy fireplace.

And if you book one of the ballrooms, you’ll receive a complimentary whirlpool suite on the night of your wedding.  Plus free chair covers and sashes, centers, fine china, white linen, and skirting are all included.

We offer the following wedding venues:

  • Our Atrium with 60-foot ceiling and fireplace will accommodate up to 300 guests.
  • The beautifully appointed Grand Ballroom will accommodate up to 320 guests.
  • Our newly renovated Riverside Ballroom is perfect for up to 150 guests.
  • Our Terrace and gazebo are perfect for an intimate outdoor setting.

Meeting a required minimum dollar amount can include:

  • Rental of the ballroom
  • Complimentary centerpieces of round mirror, white taper candle and holder, glass hurricane chimney and two tea lights in glass holders
  • Complimentary white standard chair covers; white linen tablecloths and napkins (ivory chair sashes or deluxe chair covers, sashes and cinches are available at an added cost)
  • Lighted and white lace-skirted head table, wedding cake table, guestbook table, gift table and place-card table.
  • Complimentary microphone, dance floor, staging,/tables for your band or DJ
  • Special guest room block rates
  • Discounts on audio/visual equipment rental
